Hygienic design

          Filling system  designed to fill with fine powders, sachets and cartridges for medical use.The constraints of this application are primarily related to the necessity to keep clean the packings, despite a dusty powder. This machine is filled with a movable container (equipped with a valve in the bottom), this design ensure a full security against contamination.

System for filling bags and cartridges designed according hygienic standards. The packages are placed manually on the scale. Parts in contact with the ingredient can be removed in seconds without tools, and can be sterilized in an oven. The mechanical elements of the dispenser are protected by a dust-tight housing.
